February 2927, I’m hosting a very small group for Venetian Threads — a privately curated journey into the art, textiles, costumes and traditions of Venice.

We’ll step behind normally closed doors, encounter legendary Venetian textile houses and artisans, experience extraordinary art and private palazzi, and dress in historic costume for an unforgettable Carnevale Ball on the Grand Canal. February 2–8, 2027.

We asked @mimitodhunter when we visited her in Venice. After two decades of opening her doors to friends from around the world, she has learned a thing or two about bringing people together.

Toto is the star here… just cruising the canals late afternoon in the lagoon of Venice . Jonathon, @mimitodhunter is our captain supreme taking us out and showing us the sights as the sun starts to get low in the sky.
