31 // Avatar Bday Bash 🔥💧🪨💨 Super grateful to have these silly people in my life. I’m usually not big on gathering or celebrating for my birthday, but the connections I’ve made in my first year in Austin made me want to bring people together and surround myself with wonderful hoomans. This year has reminded me how much I need softness, play, friendship, and people who make life feel a little less serious. So naturally, the answer was an Avatar-themed birthday party. Calling in 31 as a year of more community, more silliness, more dancing, more asking for help, and less trying to do everything alone. Thank you to everyone who showed up, dressed up, cuddled up, danced, brought fruit, took photos, and made this feel special. Yip yip. 🧡 📷 @nilsvoulfson

A strong center can provide so much support for bouncy movement🌀 It wasn’t until I worked on my core and outer shoulders that I felt a total difference in how I move Less focus on maxing strength and more on finding easeful sustainable flow Strong and bouncy, why not both?? Shoutout Jared for helping me find this Macaco flow🕺🏻
