Sometimes you need to slow down.
Move with intention.
Listen to what your body is actually asking for.
And leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Because movement isn’t about punishing your body into change.

It’s about building strength, mobility, energy and confidence in a way you can actually sustain.

That’s the Aura philosophy. 🤍

And it’s why 100+ women and men have trusted Aura to help them move, recover and feel better — without feeling like they have to run themselves into the ground to get there.

You don’t need to push harder.
You need to move smarter.

Ready to experience movement and recovery the Aura way?

DM us “AURA” and we’ll help you find the right place to start. ✨

Consistency isn’t about motivation.

It’s about planning your week ahead and booking in for your sessions.

Because when you leave it until the day, life gets busy.
Something comes up.
You’re tired.
And suddenly another week has passed.

Instead, look at your week ahead.

📅 Book your movement sessions.
🔥 Book your recovery.
🧘‍♀️ Protect the time you’ve committed to yourself.

You don’t need to do everything.

You just need to decide what you can realistically commit to and put it in your calendar.

Your future self will thank you for keeping the promise.

If you’re feeling exhausted, disconnected from yourself and like you’re constantly running on empty… this is for you. 🤍

You don’t need another thing to add to your already-full plate.

You need a place to pause.

A place to move your body, switch off, recover and actually make time for yourself without feeling guilty about it.

Because feeling better doesn’t come from doing MORE.

It comes from doing the right things consistently.

That’s exactly why we created the 21-Day Rebalance Method // a simple 21-day reset designed to help you get back into a rhythm, reconnect with your body and start feeling like yourself again.

✨ Move
✨ Recover
✨ Reset
✨ Reconnect

Not perfection.
Not punishment.
Just 21 days of choosing yourself again.

Your new normal could start here.

❄️ Winter mornings just got a whole lot better. ☕️

Book into any of our morning classes next week and your post-class coffee is on us.

We know how hard it can be to leave a warm bed on a cold morning. That’s why we’ve taken one more excuse off the table. Walk into a warm studio, move your body, feel amazing… then head off with a fresh coffee in hand.

Sometimes all you need is a little extra reason to show up. 💛

📅 Valid on all morning classes next week.
☕️ Coffee included after your class.

Tag your morning workout buddy and book your spot before classes fill up! ✨

Some days it’s not the pain that breaks you… it’s carrying it alone.

The exhaustion that no one sees.
The brain fog that makes you question yourself.
The cancelled plans.
The nights lying awake.
The feeling that your body has become someone else’s.

For so many women navigating perimenopause, endometriosis, PCOS and other chronic health conditions, this becomes their normal.

And somewhere along the way, they’re told…
“It’s just your age.”
“It’s part of being a woman.”
“You’ll just have to live with it.”

We don’t believe you should simply survive your symptoms.

While recovery isn’t a cure, it can become a powerful part of your support system. Creating space for your nervous system to settle. Helping your body recover. Giving you permission to slow down without guilt.

Because when a woman’s body is already fighting so hard every single day…
she doesn’t need to be told to push harder.

She deserves support.
She deserves compassion.
She deserves to feel heard.
And she deserves the chance to feel like herself again.

🤍 If this resonates with your journey, know you’re not alone.

Properly met this lovely human this late arvo/night.
Saw that @minaburdenyoga was putting on a rest and reset session and thought last minute nelly I'm going do it..
I casually scoffed a caramel slice before walking up for the class, not knowing it was going to be a bad life choice 🙈.. vinyasa yoga brah.. not for the faint Mez hearted full of caramel slice🤣(haven't done this juicy style for close to two years).
Girlfriend is good at what she does.. loved her caring check ins and reminders.. the time & thought that went into making a lovely workshop style class.
I enjoyed the guided relaxation at the start and liked moving my body even if I felt like an unco deer on rollerskskates😝 next to more graceful peeps (I'll hide at the back next time🙈).
What I loved about Mina and her class the most was the permission to come as you are and listen to what your body needs both super simple yet really important things.
So if you are a shire local, do yourself a favour and go to one of her classes 🧘‍♀️

@minaburdenyoga

Movement has always been my language. From a young age, I lived and breathed dance—ballet, modern, and tap were my world. But after years of teaching and four children later, I found myself searching for a way to reconnect with my body in a way that felt strong, free, and sustainable. That’s when I discovered yoga—not just as a practice, but as a way to move, heal, and truly feel at home in my body.
Now, as a yoga teacher, I specialise in mobility and functional movement, helping people unlock strength and ease through intentional, intelligent movement. My classes blend yoga with dynamic mobility work, creating a practice that feels fluid, empowering, and deeply nourishing. Whether you’re looking to move better, feel better, or simply reconnect with yourself, I’m here to guide you through it—one breath, one movement at a time.

O F F E R I N G
~ Fluid Strength: A Yoga Practice for Mobility & Ease ~

This session blends yoga, mobility, and movement exploration to help you build strength, flexibility, and resilience in your body. Designed to enhance ease of movement, we’ll focus on dynamic sequences that improve joint mobility and functional strength while fostering a deeper connection with how your body moves. Expect a playful yet purposeful practice that will leave you feeling open, strong, and refreshed.
