The tank you’ll never want to take off.

- Halter straps that hold through every movement
- Built-in padding so the bra stays home
- A bottom seam so strong it never rides up mid-rep (or pulse 😉)

And when the workout’s done? No jacket needed. No adjusting. Just you, moving through your whole day exactly as you are.

Every month there’s something new trying to replace the one thing that actually works. 🔴

Your habits.

No trend, no fix, no shortcut outlasts consistency. As a trainer, I’ve seen it firsthand. The people who show up, even on the hard days, are the ones who transform.

That’s why @body.habit was built.

Not just activewear. A system. A reminder every single time you get dressed that you’re building something real.

Strong habits, Strong body. That’s the only system that matters to us.

Drop a 💪 if you’re done starting over.

The fit that makes your squad turn around and say, “okayyy wait, what are you wearing?!”

Flattering from every angle. Subtle V-shaped glute seam that does exactly what it’s supposed to. Colors that make you want to own every single one.

And yes, they perform just as good as they look. Looking good mid workout and feeling supported shouldn’t be two different things.

Be that girl. Flaunt the Sculpt Shorts. Limited stock.

You’ve been let down by leggings before.

The squat that revealed too much. The fabric that quit before you did.

You shouldn’t have to think about any of that.

No front seam. No see through. No rolling waistband. Just a legging that holds up every single rep.

Put them on and you know the confidence flows, and that’s the habit starting before the workout does.

The Sculpt Legging. Put them on. Build the habit. The rest follows.

Available now, shop the link in bio.
