It’s October, hon. OCTOBER!! 😂 And that room you promised yourself you’d sort out this year? Still sitting there, quietly judging you? Maybe it’s the living room that’s been begging for a little personality. The guest bedroom that’s become a dumping ground. Or the kitchen you’ve been dreaming about transforming for approximately 700 years. Well, here’s a thought... What if you actually did something about it before the year is out? Now, I’m not promising you a brand-new kitchen by Christmas (I’m good, but I’m not THAT good 😂), but what we CAN do is get together, talk through your ideas, make some exciting decisions and put a beautiful plan in place. Imagine heading into 2027 knowing exactly where you’re going with that room, rather than adding it to the list of things you’ll definitely get around to next year. Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it? So, if you’ve been waiting for a sign to finally get things moving, consider this it. Book yourself in for a quick chat with me and let’s get those ideas out of your head and into motion. Whether you’re after a little expert design direction to tackle things yourself, or someone to take you through the whole process, we’ll work out the best way forward together. Because ticking something off the 2026 list AND having something fabulous to look forward to in 2027? I call that a win. 🍒 Pssst… you don’t have to be local. I work with clients Australia-wide! ✨ 📸 @mindicooke #interiordesigner #byronbayinteriordesigner #australianinteriors

10 weeks until Christmas!🎄 And there’s still time for a little home magic before the relatives descend and the champagne starts flowing. You know that guest bedroom you’ve been meaning to make beautiful (for months now)? The poolside furniture you were going to sort out before summer (which is now practically knocking on the door)? Or the living room glow-up you promised yourself back in January would DEFINITELY happen in 2026? Well, consider this your sign. ✨ I’ve got a some room in the Studio Peachey calendar for some smaller, lovely transformations before the end of the year. Think gorgeous fabrics, beautiful furniture, clever finishing touches, a fresh injection of colour and all those little details that make a house feel really special. The sort of things that make you want to invite everyone over, pour another glass and stay up far too late. But here’s the catch... If you want it done before the big man in red arrives, NOW is the time to get moving. Furniture lead times, fabric orders and the Christmas rush wait for no one! So if you’ve got a room that’s been begging for some love, send me a DM and tell me what you’re dreaming of. Let’s see what we can make happen before Chrissy! 🎄 Rach x Pssst… you don’t have to be local! We can make a little Studio Peachey magic happen remotely, too✨

Banquette seating has been making a comeback the last few years, and we can see why. It’s a clever way to make the most of your space, sneak in some extra seating, and bring a little personality to the mix. Whether it’s a built-in nook or a custom upholstered moment, the right bench can introduce colour, texture and character without compromising on function. A little softness amongst the colour, texture and character of Scarborough Bar at @beachhouseherveybay Working alongside @rosenthal_creative, we had the pleasure of delivering the curtains for this beautifully considered hospitality space. The fabric chosen introduces warmth and texture, creating a subtle backdrop to the rich colours, patterned upholstery and layered finishes that give the interior its distinct character. A wonderful project to be part of, where every detail contributes to the overall experience of the space. Perfectly contrasting the banksia through the window, this beautiful burnt blush wraps the space from floor to ceiling, creating a warm, cocooning feel. It’s easy on the eyes, quiet on the mind and packed with understated impact. Our favourite thing about colour drenching? It proves that working with one colour is anything but one-dimensional. When the palette is pared back, texture, textiles and subtle shifts in tone do the heavy lifting. What’s better than styling a shoot for internationally recognised furniture company Castlery? Styling two shoots for Castlery, across the homes of two of the loveliest, most down-to-earth local Sunshine Coast creatives. We spent two very big (and very creative!) days styling the campaign and editorial imagery for Castlery. Across both homes, we brought together a huge collection of props, styling elements and ideas, layering colour, texture and playful details around each homeowner’s carefully selected Castlery pieces. And today we get to share a look at our first Castlery shoot with @hannahbeaden!
