being honest, when I signed up for the mindfulness walk I thought it sounded nice.

I like walking and it felt manageable to do an activity outside, even if I didn’t know the people I’d be doing it with. I didn’t expect to learn so much, come away with so many reflections and feel myself actually starting to do these things without even realising? And enjoying it?

here’s a few things I learnt yesterday, that I’d like to share with you 🍁💛

Believe it or not I was actually happier in the second photo 😂
Training is picking up and as much as it's getting tough, the feeling finishing this run was incredible!
Longest run to date and I felt amazing for 90% of it.

Glorious day out in the Chilterns. Wonderful autumn colours and loads of great chat. Particularly lovely to catch up with clients from past walks and retreats

Just a few snippets of the absolutely wonderful people I had the pleasure to share my weekend with.

@mindomountains thank you so much for running this retreat with the Royal College @paramedicsuk - it has been one of the most fulfilling and enriching things I’ve ever done for myself. I have a real fire in my belly now to get out there and explore - do the things that scare you!

Thank you also to the amazing Julia @retreat_chef for all the beautiful, nourishing and delicious food we were sustained with!

How important is getting outdoors? We believe it's a crucial part of maintaining your mental wellbeing, and so this #WorldMentalHealthDay we got together as a team and took a little company walk around Heckmondwike, where our head office and warehouses live.

Whether it's a gentle stroll, a dog walk, or a day out on the fells - getting outside can absolutely transform how we feel, and our charity partner @mindovermountains puts that into action by bringing together walking in nature and mindfulness, as well as that valuable time with wellbeing experts. We're over the moon to be working with them, and to be walking in nature too.

Surrey 3 Peaks! A wonderful day leading for @mindomountains on a Dertours S3P challenge raising funds for M.O.M
Clear bright day to start and a 45 minute absolute downpour right at the end. Proving why we always pack waterproofs!!
An absolute brilliant team with smiles and laughter right up until the end.

Surrey 3 Peaks challenge

Working for @mindomountains guiding @dertour_de on their epic 17 mile challenge

What a lovely group of humans to guide. We started off with a few dramas and train delays but eventually set off on our way. Linear routes are always a bit tricky hut we handled it like pros. 👏

This was a first for me doing the Surrey 3 Peaks in a new order. It's great to keep things fresh! 👌

Everyone was so supportive of eachother I'm almost tempted to apply for a job their! 🥰
