A house becomes a home the moment it’s filled with the people you love. 🏡✨

Before I had even officially moved in, a sweet friend reached out wanting to do something special to celebrate this new chapter. What followed was such a beautiful blessing, friends filled my new space with laughter, prayer and love right in the middle of the transition.

I’m sharing this particular picture because these four women truly loved on me, brought energy to the day, and helped make the gathering happen. Having them beside me to help anchor this fresh start is a gift I don’t take for granted.

To everyone who came, celebrated, encouraged me, and helped make this house feel like home before I was even fully settled, thank you. I’m incredibly grateful for each of you. 🧡

I first want to say, I am so grateful to God for His kindness, His presence, and His love. He is the giver of all and my ever present help in time of need. Over the last year and some change loneliness and isolation kept rearing its head. Through this launch party the Lord revealed to me that He really has given me a beautiful community and that I have an incredible support system here in Nash.
.
I want to thank Regina who owns @gammonsmarket for providing such an incredible space for this to even be possible! I also want to thank her sweet team for being available and ready to help in any way!

I want to say thank you to @alancoxmusic @mindsetmama_ @erinkunce @kyleigh.guyton @amber_lashae @biblicalbradley @mickaladisalvo @jasminecbrady @itselisemiller for helping me with providing speakers, worship set, setting up the food, the merch table, working the merch table, photo station setup, videography, taking pictures— Literally everything was accounted for and I’m so grateful to you all🥹 ^they are in the pictures above.

Thank you to my friends and family that showed up and supported me (not pictured here**). There were sooo many of you that came to support and purchased from my merch table. What a blessing, truly!! I’m a new author and have never done this before but to know I have such a support system behind me is incredibly humbling.

There is no secret formula for helping an athlete get over a mental block. In my 30 years of coaching, it seems to me that time, patience, and a little positivity are the difference makers. A child’s “fight or flight” response to performing a difficult aerial maneuver is not an irrational fear. I am thankful for people like @mindsetmama_ @gretchen_ann_norton @shalew501 @docaliarnold @precisionchoreo @levelupneuro and @rebekahbean for helping inspire me (whether they know it or not) to better understand the often misunderstood “mental” side to sports. Of all the gymnastics I taught in Montana over the last 7 days, this might be my favorite moment.

A little look back at the past four months with my people across 🇺🇸 as we anticipate celebrating America’s 250th birthday.

When I moved to America, I never could have imagined all the ways this country would shape my life. But one thing became clear almost immediately—we knew we were home.

My heart is here in America. My heart is home in Tennessee.

Grateful every day for this beautiful country, and for the people, friendships, and experiences that have made this past 4.5 years of our lives so meaningful. To the ones pictured, not pictured, and the ones to be established, I love you!🫶

If the Lord wills, I have a feeling we’ll stay a little while longer. ☺️👌🏼🧡🙏🏻🫶✌🏻
