POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thanks to Hack Club, The Washington Post, and the Congressional App Challenge for being part of Capitol in Washington, D.C. this past weekend.

Our team was selected as part of a group of just 60 attendees from across the country for Hack Club’s exclusive, in-person hackathon.

We presented Nuvo and Delta T, connected with some of the country’s top student developers, and attended presentations from The Washington Post and the Congressional App Challenge.

750+ RSVPs. 150 people. A FULL room. San Francisco, you showed UP! ☕️🔥

Still feeling the energy from my COFFEE + CONNECT during SF @techweeka16z!

One of my favorite things to hear from attendees was, “This was so different from every other networking event.”

And that’s exactly the intention.

If you’ve been to one of my COFFEE + CONNECT events, you know we’re not here to collect business cards or have 50 surface-level conversations.

We’re here to create intentional, meaningful connections. Because I truly believe you’re a connection away from changing your life.

So we do things a little differently:

✨ We started with grounding, somatic movement and breathwork to get the blood flowing, shift our energy, and bring everyone into the present moment.

💬 We used our signature “Not Boring Questions” connection cards to encourage deeper conversations beyond the usual “So, what do you do?”

☕️ We enjoyed amazing homemade gourmet coffees and matchas from @taaza.coffee while connecting with founders, investors, and incredible humans.

🎤 And one of the highlights was my fireside chat with Dave Garland of Second Century Ventures, where we explored a side of entrepreneurship and investing that doesn’t get talked about enough: energy, life force, presence, and the practices that shape how we show up as leaders.

I’m not giving away too much because we’re bringing this conversation to LA Tech Week next this Thursday! 😉

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came, shared their energy, and made this such a special gathering. And to our partners and everyone who helped bring this experience to life. ❤️

Thank you to our partners: @mindspace_us, Comp AI & Stripe.

Next stop: LOS ANGELES! 🌴

If you’re a founder, investor, or someone who believes the most powerful connections go beyond a pitch, come join us at COFFEE + CONNECT during LA Tech Week on Thursday, October 15, from 8–10 AM at Rivian Venice.

Our first-ever in-person Icon Corner interview 🎙️

@khawlamissaoui and I spent the afternoon at @mindspace_us talking about business, our stories, and giving you a tiny sneak peek into something we’ve been creating together 🥰

Introducing very, VERY soon…

🌹SIGNATURE 🌹

An experience where our two worlds collide.

SCENT. STORY. SIGNATURE.

That’s all you’re getting for now. 🤭

But think: creating something that smells like you, feels like you, tells your story, and gives you something worth sharing.
We’re bringing it to life for a room full of beautiful women in Miami very soon.

Nobody talks about what happens after the event ends.

For weeks you’re running on adrenaline and dopamine.

Building, planning, hosting, holding the room. Then the last guest leaves, and even when it went beautifully, the drop is real.

So here’s how I actually recover as an event host:

🧠 Neurofeedback + HRV training with my @sens.ai.inc headset, to bring my brain back down from “on” mode
🧘‍♀️ Time in the meditation pod. Zero input, zero decisions bonus points for @theopenseed having red light therapy inside! Skin + mind longevity
🍽 A really good meal with the team. Nourishing, sitting down, celebrating together. Non-negotiable.
😭 And yes, a little cry.

That last one isn’t a breakdown. When you’ve been running that high for that long, your body needs somewhere to put it. A good cry is part of the release, not a sign something went wrong.

Recovery isn’t the reward for the work. It’s part of the work.

Event hosts, what’s your post-event ritual? 👇

From the run of show that matched our natural circadian rhythm to the @tryauri Lion’s Main Elixir sitting on our desk when we arrived to the natural light of @mindspace_us to the lunch of choice paired with @trycreate electrolytes I’ve never felt more seen as female founder.
