This is our second year being part of @lumafestival , and this time we were lucky enough to “adopt” a whole building for ourselves. 😆

It’s always inspiring to be surrounded by so many talented artists and to see Binghamton filled with two sleepless nights of amazing light art.

Like our convention recaps, here are a few things that stood out to us:

1. Most light art festivals are in Europe, so having one in the States that we can actually drive to is pretty amazing!

2. Projection mapping is a big part of LUMA, but there are also tons of “Small Works” scattered around town. Small in name, but definitely not in creativity or scale. Some of them were especially inspiring because of how creatively they worked with the city itself.

3. A lot of people recognized us because of our Space Rabbit hats and came over to say hi and give us compliments. 🥹 It’s honestly so touching to know people like our work and our little Space Rabbit.

4. Projects this big always come with unexpected problems. We were working until the last minute before the festival started, and honestly had no idea if everything would work until we saw it with the audience. Then people started cheering… and somehow both of our eyes got wet at the same time. 🥹

5. LUMA gives local artists and communities a chance to try projection mapping, even if they don’t have much experience. We think that’s amazing, especially because we actually started there too!

Thank you again for having us, now it’s time to think about our next project!

Caught Singularity from @mindworksarts at @lumafestival and still processing…
Is this the endgame of AI, or @museband ‘s prophecy coming alive? （they even lost their user name to another AI - Meta Muse)
Set in a church…is this a new Genesis??
P.S. ChatGPT wrote this.

Singularity (2026) 30 drone LED show by @mindworksarts for @suzukipakistan @suzukicycles

The scale of this show along with the teamwork behind it was incredible. Big thanks to all involved at @kpeventsandpr in Lahore for inviting me to share my work on this beautiful stage.

Artifact (2020) was my first multimedia project combining leviwand with state of the art projection technology. It used a foreground scrim projection combined with a background projection, and a 3D animated scene I created was split in half using @notchvfx and rendered to the two layers to create an immersive 3D environment around me from the perspective of the audience. Looking back, there is plenty I would change... but that's how I know I'm growing ✨☄️🟢

Also missing the old bat city circus space where this was filmed 🥲

My team needs your help!

The sphere is a massive undertaking for a small studio like mine. Moving, shipping, storing, and displaying it all costs thousands of dollars together, and we're in need of some support. This ISN'T a GoFundMe pitch- we need a *space*. ☀️🌎🌒🪐🌌💫

Ideally, the space would be located in Austin or Houston TX and available for us to move the sphere in this week. We're looking for a clean, professional spot where we can store it, set it up fully out of the box, get marketing content, and if we're really lucky, rig it up in the air (weighs 750 lbs) and develop a handstand act on top of it. The last thing I want to do is just stick it in storage when it could be being used for plenty of super cool ideas.

This is a shot in the dark, no doubt about it. But with a following of 23k people that I've never asked for anything, I'm hoping this one time for a stroke of luck 🙏🏼 Maybe you know a friend of a friend, or maybe in the best case scenario, you know someone who wants to rent it for an event where we can get our content while doing business together as well. Whatever the case, I would so greatly appreciate you tagging people you think may be interested in the comments.

Shout out to the team who has contributed so much along the way:
