Happy Anniversary to this beauty right here. My life was instantly made better that day almost a quarter century ago. You make each day better than the last and as a result you make me better in the process. I wouldn't want to go through this life with anyone else.

The best kind of therapy? Good friends and a moment to breathe. ✨

Life feels a little lighter when you’re surrounded by people who make you laugh, listen without judgment, and remind you that you’re not carrying it all alone.

Pair that with a little support from RELAX5, and you’ve got a beautiful recipe for slowing down, reconnecting, and finding calm in the middle of life’s busy seasons. 💙

Because sometimes wellness looks less like a perfect routine and more like meaningful conversations, shared laughter, and friends who fill your cup.

Tag a friend who helps you relax. 🫶

So proud of this kid’s progress in just a year. No fear against some world class talent. Vamos @hphillips_10 aka the nightmare creator. Got another one🤭

This group of 2014s never ceases to amaze me. Thankful for the parents that trust @md_gallagher and I. Development is happening thanks to the player centered culture @sudaswarm. These players aren't just numbers to us, but young men. Warning: we're just getting started.
