Sciatic Nerve Glides + Myofascial Decompression ⚡️🤗

Typically with radiating Sciatic Nerve pain down the leg you will also experience tissue tightness and possibly numbness and tingling 🤕

Performing nerve glides will not only help reduce symptoms but improve mobility. Adding cupping is the chef’s kiss on top with further tissue circulation and desensitization 👨‍🍳🤌🏼

Radiating leg pain can also be coupled with poor tolerance to bending forward. This position modification can be an absolute game changer for those with flexion intolerance 🙌🏻

When dealing with shoulder stiffness from injury or surgery, it is essential to regain the joint mobility for range of motion & shoulder mechanics 🛠️

When you have our undivided attention during the 1-on-1 treatments, we can use multiple manual therapy techniques.. and we don’t always need to use needles 🪡 😅

♻️ 4 Years of Refresh Physical Therapy 💚

Today marks 4 years since we opened our doors and we couldn’t be more grateful for this journey 🫶🏻

When we started Refresh Physical Therapy, our goal wasn’t just to treat injuries.. it was to redefine what physical therapy could be. Every treatment session and every success story has reinforced Why we do what we do 💯

We’re incredibly proud of getting so many people feeling better and even changing the trajectory of their lives, but building a true Refresh community has been even more rewarding 😍👏🏻

To our amazing patients: thank you for trusting us with your recovery. Your resilience, determination, and support have made these four years unforgettable.

To our family, friends, partners, and community, thank you for believing in our vision and helping us grow. Because of your support, we’ve had the privilege of expanding our reach and touching the lives of so many people.

Cheers to celebrating 4 incredible years and here’s to 400 more 🥂🙌🏻
