@tourdebronx was great this year despite Mother Nature having other plans. The strong threat of rain cut our ride short. #roadbike #cycling #cyclist ne

Welcome to October! 🍃

October will always serve as a very important month for us. This is the month our crew was birthed and we’ve continued to grow our family, all thanks to you all!

We hope you can join us in celebratory fashion on one (if not all) rides/events taking place this month.

We’ll see you all soon!

🚨 PSA FOR MOTORISTS: Tell a friend.
Please be a little more patient with cyclists.
You’re protected by thousands of pounds of metal. We’re on two wheels with a helmet.
When you see us move around or slow down, there’s usually a reason. We’re avoiding potholes, sticks, glass, seashells, metal, debris, or whatever else is in the road.
Sometimes that means we have to zigzag, slow down, or take a little more space.
So please give us a few seconds. That extra 3–5 seconds isn’t going to change your day, but it could make all the difference in ours.
We’re just trying to get home safely. 🚴🏾‍♂️💨
Give us space. Give us patience. Share the road.#cyclist #cycling #psa #roadbike #nycyclelife

BUCKET LIST: CHECK. ☑️🚴🏾‍♀️🔥

Brooklyn ➡️ Philly ➡️ the Rocky Steps 🥊

Some rides are just miles. And then there are rides that become a memory.

Saturday was one of those rides. 100+ miles, two states, countless watts, and one legendary finish at the Rocky Steps. 🇺🇸🚴🏾‍♀️

I’ve had this ride on my cycling bucket list for a while, and there’s something special about finally putting wheels to a goal you’ve been thinking about for years.

Huge THANK YOU to @centurypluscrew for organizing an incredible ride and, especially, for the SAG support. Knowing that crew was out there keeping us fueled, supported, and moving made a massive difference. 🙌🏾

The legs were tired. The smiles were big. The accomplishment? EPIC.

Another one for the books. 🖤🚴🏾‍♀️🔥

Another ride from Brooklyn to Philadelphia and another 100+ miles in the bank of fitness. The Philly ride is one of my favorite centuries and I love doing it with my cycling family @centurypluscrew We made it safely with no incidents or mechanicals. What could be better. #roadbike #nycyclelife #cycling #cyclist

On Saturday, we made our 6th Annual journey to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and we are certainly pleased to express that it was a success. No incidents, and no mechanicals. Just great scenery, great terrain, and even better vibes.

We'd be remiss if we didn't acknowledge the crucial support of @keithbryantvibes, @simply_shivy, and @wstlyrbnsn. They ensured that we had enough sustenance to finish off strong. Please accept all of your flowers!!!

As our season continues please stay tuned for all upcoming events. Next up: Poughkeepsie, New York

SOCALYPSO III was a huge success and yes it took an entire week for me to recover from all the bacchanal and ting. Thank you to everyone who attended and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make it happen smoothly and safely. We want to give an extra big shout out to the giant pot of corn soup that was waiting for us at the end of the ride. #socalypso #trinidadand tobago #jamaica #barbados #guyana #panama #haiti #caribbeanculture
