Got CocoCloud? 😉☁️

Reposted: @nellstephenson •
Mmmmm....😋coconut milk 🥥 .

A staple in our home & something we drink each & every day.

Coconut is on the list of foods best for boosting a healthy gut biome for humans of all ages 👍.

It’s a natural source of the anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and anti-fungal nutrient lauric acid, helping boost immunity and improve gut health. 💪

Coconut can aid in restoring healthy balance to an imbalance of bacteria in the gut.

And it’s delish!

In LA, we are fortunate to have access to an incredible option ( @minglelicious ) at our farmer’s market’s, which we love. 💕
