The intersection between art and mental wellness is a beautiful place to be, and these cutie receipts prove it💗

When I saw @mini.makers.studio was hosting a love-themed art pop I was excited to collaborate. Why? Because mental wellness is best learned early & through play. **Plussss I believe more women-owned small business collabs have the power to change the frequency of our world. But I digress…

Think about it, when did you learn about mental wellbeing? Many of us wish we learned the basics earlier, and as a mental wellness educator I firmly believe in proactive lessons versus filling the gaps solely with reactive interventions.

This was why I was eager to donate a copy of Luna Finds Love Everywhere, an interactive storybook with subtle mental wellness lessons and conversation prompts to cultivate wellbeing and connection in littles and their loved ones.

Thanks again Cat 🌸
& gratitude to Miss Kelli @bushelandpeck_musikgarten for being a space of love and learning for my littles 💗

What about you? How old were you when you first learned about the value of mental health?

🎨✨ Back-to-school jitters? You’re not alone — and we’re turning those feelings into something magical! 💫

We’re teaming up with @redlightredlight and @mini.makers.studio for a fun back-to-school event!

Kids will create their own soot sprite crafts inspired by Studio Ghibli, painting tiny stars with their hopes and worries. Because naming our feelings helps us face them — and a little creativity makes everything brighter. 💛🌟

Join us for a fun, meaningful way to start the school year with heart, color, and imagination! 🖌️

The first 10 people to sign up will receive a special gift from us and our friends at @theburrowcafeandplay 🥰
