There’s something so special about finding your people in the midst of a job that asks so much of you🤎💫 This month we start our next round of Peer Group! As i’ve been planning the curriculum and preparing for our first group gathering, I’m reminded of the incredible nurses in our previous groups this year! The relationships, the accountability, the joy, the relatability, all of it is exactly what the nursing profession needs right now! Some of these nurses have been a part of our very first group and others it’s their first time courageously stepping into something new and unknown! Both are strong and incredibly passionate nurses that are ready for real support, connection, community, education and a place to sit together and be poured into 🤎 I’m so excited for this next round! PS - PM group still has a couple seats open if you are interested!!! Need a scholarship? We got you! Send USA DM for the discount code!! AM group is on waitlist!🎉 Super insider info 👀 something big is coming early 2027 for those wanting MORE and who have been a part of peer groups! Can’t wait!🎉🎉

Run to Revive Registration ends tonight at midnight (9/16!) ‼️ Don’t worry, day of registration will be available on Saturday! We’ve talked so much about what to expect from this event over the past few months! The race, the experience, the fun (heyyyy vendor shopping, bounce house @lancasterballoonlady , ⛳️ @lancminigolf ), the coffee @lynnandgraycoffee , the boujee lemonade @the_groovylemon , the giveaways and joy! Now how about we talk about the IMPACT! Rekindled Nurse is dedicated to supporting nurses at the bedside and away! We meet you where you are and celebrate every part of you! Weather nurses need support at the bedside through honoring you with unit drops, crisis care for something difficult, gift to celebrate you & your team or nurse ambassadors for extra support! OR away from the bedside through affordable workshops, monthly peer groups, community events, and nurse coach support, there is literally so many ways to care for our nurses and healthcare workers! Through registration, concession stand purchases, grabbing a raffle ticket for our epic giveaways and donations, 100% of it is going to help fund our initiatives and bring better care and support for our nurses because YOU DESERVE IT! We wholeheartedly agree that when nurses are in community with one another, they feel valued supported and empowered with “me too!” As a nurse run organization we get the ins and outs of this profession and love showering you with the support and care you deserve! Still time to join us this Saturday at Run to Revive! 📍 The Junction Center Manheim PA ⏰ 8am-12pm ✨FREE to attend 🎟️ Register link in bio to run/walk the 5k or 1 mile walk Can’t wait to see you there 🎉 📸 @keziah.renee

Supporting and caring for one another never gets old! This crew showed up to support a unit in need by packing bags with gifts to help process heavy emotions and a couple extra things to make them feel loved. Plus resources for support 🤍 Never stop checking in on your people! It’s kinda chic to not do nursing alone 😉 Rekindled Nurse is a nonprofit with the mission to support and care for nurses! One of the ways we do that is through our Unit Support Drops! Delivering specific bags of needs, resources, snacks and @drinkbubblr to your unit to spread some sunshine, boost morale and remind you that you are not alone! Send a DM if you are in need and let’s chat 🤍 #nursesupport #lancasterpa #nursecommunity #nurselife #nursesofinstagram
