the real + the raw of my DLM Retreat experience 🤎 I could’ve easily told you the pretty version..the Miami trip, the shopping, the networking, the panels, the goodies… but the reality? 😭 My flight was delayed. I barely slept. I had to drive 4 hours to Miami. I cried, I stressed, I had about 10 different crash outs 😂 and STILL… I showed up. Not everything has to go perfectly for you to experience something meant for you. Sometimes you just have to keep going, even when the journey looks completely different than you imagined. So grateful I pushed through because this room gave me so much. 🥹 Thank you @damanifludd for bringing us all together & creating a space where people in beauty could connect, learn and grow. The real + the raw because the pretty moments are only half the story. ✨

My heart is still so full. 🥹 @dlmlevelupretreat On September 19th, we filled a room in Miami with nothing but knowledge, optimism, ambition, and HUNGER. I’m genuinely overwhelmed by the amount of love and support I’ve received. I know I say it often, but I could never say it enough: nobody’s support goes unnoticed. Every ticket purchased, every repost, every encouraging message, every sponsor, every speaker, and every person who showed up means more to me than I can fully express. The fact that I was blessed to host TWO retreats in just TWO months and bring together more than 150 beauty entrepreneurs from across the country is something I will never take for granted. Watching everyone connect, learn, pour into one another, and leave inspired reminded me exactly why I started the DLM Level Up Retreat. Every sponsor booth looked absolutely PHENOMENAL😭😍😍😍 and if you know, you know… I spent the entire day saying, “OMG, y’all look so pretty!” 😂😍 The beauty, the energy, and the confidence in that room were unmatched. I’m still processing this weekend🔥 God is amazing, and I am so grateful. Special thank you to @damanifludd for believing in me — truly before I began to believe in myself with the beauty media business pivot 🩷🥺 To be paid to do what I love, in the industry that I love with the COMMUNITY that I love… it’s a whole different feeling. 💄 After all, I am just the girl that started her beauty business in her dorm room doing makeovers for $10. DLM Level Up Retreat Miami 2026 Dump 🩷 First, a huge thank you to Damani for continuously creating space for me to show up, share my voice, and serve in so many different capacities. I’m truly grateful for every opportunity and every room you allow me to be in. Community events are always a favorite of mine. The personable conversations, community engagement, networking, and genuine connections that happen when you simply show up. One of the most rewarding parts was seeing my Brand Mastery Mentorship students working toward their goals and watching their success come to life in real time. This is exactly why I do what I do. 🥹🩷 And to my brand ambassadors, thank you for coming out, supporting me, and believing in yourselves enough to step outside of your comfort zones. You could’ve stayed behind the chair, but instead, you chose to get in the room, network, and face the uncomfortable. I’m proud of you! 🎀 SUCCESS REQUIRES DISCOMFORT. Get in rooms that aren’t part of your everyday routine. Have the conversation. Network. Put yourself where you can grow. And don’t forget to give yourself credit for how far you’ve come.
