*Need Your Help Furriends* It’s been a week since Simba and Molly saw each other for the first time. Even though we have made some progress by keeping Molly in a separate room and gradully introducing to Simba, Simba is still almost constantly stalking her and trying to hunt her down. Sometimes it looks like they are playing because Molly chases him occasionally too. However, if and when Simba knocks her down, he grabs her very tight with his arms and bites her while she is meowing, growling, hissing, and trying to hit him back to get away from him. Maybe we made a mistake of introducing them to each other too soon but she was crying so much when she was in her room alone (when there is only one person at home, it’s difficult to keep both of them happy when they are separated). We are just very concerned that Simba is going to keep scaring her with his aggressive attitude and she won’t be as affectionate in the future. We are just not sure whether we should go back to step 1 and separate them for a longer period of time so that they don’t see each other at least 1-2 weeks. Or should we just talk to a vet about Simba’s behavior? P.S. Simba is already much less affectionate to us since Molly got home even though we try to spoil both of them equally😿😿😿 #britishsimba
