For this art journal page I made for @mintaypapers , I wanted to step outside my usual style and let the creative process guide me.

I started with a soft, textured mixed-media background, building layers with inks, stencils, stamps and subtle details. From there, I began combining different Mintay die cuts and elements, playing with colors, dimensions and layers until everything came together naturally.

I especially loved mixing the delicate florals and leaves with the butterflies and geometric details, creating a composition that feels both artistic and a little mysterious.

The final touch was the sentiment “Your soul knows the way” — a simple phrase that became the heart of the whole page.

Materials used

The next collection I’d like to show you today is an absolute new release from @mintaypapers — Cabinet of Curiosities. 🖤✨

This Collection Set consists of 16 double-sided 12×12-inch papers, and each sheet has its own unique and mysterious character.

Inside the collection, you’ll find atmospheric background papers, as well as plenty of fussy-cut elements, including tags, cards, labels, and many other decorative details that can be used in your creative projects.

Cabinet of Curiosities is a real treasure for those who love dark, mysterious, and unusual designs. It’s perfect for Halloween-inspired projects, but it certainly isn’t limited to this theme alone. 🕯️🔮

With this collection, you can create atmospheric albums, junk journals, cards, decorative panels, and so many other creative projects. And with all the beautiful fussy-cut elements, you can add plenty of layers and create truly mysterious and eye-catching compositions.

Personally, I love its dark and slightly mysterious atmosphere. It feels completely different from more traditional collections and leaves so much room for imagination. 🖤

And now I’d love to hear your thoughts: What would you create with Cabinet of Curiosities?
An album, a junk journal, cards, or perhaps something completely unexpected?

Share your ideas in the comments! ✨

Meet our beautiful collection, @mintaypapers Let's Celebrate! 🖤💗
The collection features a striking combination of pink and black, creating a unique balance between elegance, femininity, and a bold, modern style.

Let's Celebrate was created for those who love celebrating special moments with a touch of glamour and personality. The beautiful color palette makes this collection perfect for capturing joyful memories and creating projects that truly stand out.

The combination of pink and black opens up a world of creative possibilities. This collection is ideal for birthday cards, celebration albums, party invitations, mini albums, journals, and many other handmade projects.

What I especially love about Let's Celebrate is how versatile it is. The pink shades bring softness and charm, while the black accents add contrast, sophistication, and a little drama. Together, they create a stylish and eye-catching look that works beautifully for a variety of occasions.

If you love bold color combinations, elegant details, and creating something truly special for life's most memorable moments, Let's Celebrate will bring you plenty of creative inspiration! ✨

The variety of paper sizes and the abundance of decorative elements open up endless creative possibilities. This collection is perfect for creating winter cards, albums, festive decorations, journals, and other seasonal projects.

__________
I really do love challenges and creative prompts ;)
So here is my new card for the @mintaypapers Challenge (Week 39) with the theme “1st Birthday”.
For the base and layered number “1”, I created a delicate mix of various @mintaypapers collections. I wanted to achieve a cozy, fairytale feeling, so the clouds feature a warm “knitted” sweater texture, and the sweet fawn from the Christmas collection became the magical focal point.
Hot embossing with @wowembossingpowder added a lovely sparkle to the sentiment and die-cuts, perfectly complemented by FloraBook fussy cuts and my handmade fabric flowers from @lartflowers_by_lr. A touch of glitter, sequins, and lace completed this dreamy project!
