To have Goals is nice and important
But, what % of the road is the goal, if you ever get there ? 1% ? Maybe not even that much.
We got to enjoy the ride everyday for what it is. Work hard and try to make your system (everyday life that you do) allow you to make simple wins each day, so you reach small goals everyday. Stacking days to build up for your bigger goals.
It’s not only the race day that’s important, it’s how you show up everyday that matters.

Stay focused and reach small goals each day while enjoying the ride.

Thanks everyone on my corner, 2027 it’s on the build !

White shoes, dirty ride.

@mintndry sent me their Footwear + Gear Cleaner and it actually got these looking white again. Really impressed with how well it worked. Especially being biodegradable.

I didn’t pay for this and it was sent to me. Full disclosure. But it worked. And it worked better than I thought it would. Helmets, shoes, head units, radars. It can clean really well 🤌🏻

Kudos @mintndry

How to clean a bike chain and drivetrain without a repair stand.
Full bike cleaning method: degreaser on the chain and drivetrain, brush the cassette, dish soap rinse before lube (degreaser and chain lube don’t mix — skip this and your drivetrain gets sticky fast), dry completely, then one drop of chain lube per link.
Save this for your next bike cleaning day. Follow for more cycling maintenance and gear content.
