(English &
Thank you to everyone who attended our “Welcome back Party” for CRIT!

We heard from Louis and Zoe in our latest meeting on how to give feedback, we learned about people’s hidden talents, and most importantly— we ate snacks 🎉😸

Our next CRIT circle will be October 8th, and sign-up is available in our links!

If you want feedback on a short story, a screenplay, a recipe, a photograph, an apology letter- or if you want to BE a reader and check out CRIT, sign up is open!

We look forward to hearing your stories and secrets this semester!!

As I return to Martha’s Vineyard tomorrow, I’m realizing I never did a formal photo dump for Viable Paradise 2025! With the one-year mark coming up since our class graduated (how??), I was feeling verklempt about this wonderful week, this wonderful program, and these wonderful people. @viable_paradise 🪼

CRIT 5/21 RECAP (English &

Last week the CRIT circle expanded and we gathered around the couch to discuss the work of 8 writers.

We heard about exploring caves in Okinawa that were used as a refuge space during WW2, dogs wearing umbrellas their heads to protect them from Taipei rain, peeping people on the green line 👀, chapters from two longer works of fiction, translated poetry, and chasing meteorites.

Do you have a diary, a strange observation, an art project, homework, or an apple pie you’d like to share with a group and want encouraging feedback on? Join us in our next CRIT meeting June 11! Form is open!! ✨
