290 WINS.
33 YEARS. ONE INCREDIBLE LEGACY.

HISTORY MADE AT MIRA COSTA

With the Mustangs’ victory over Leuzinger on October 9, Head Coach Don Morrow officially became the winningest high school football coach in South Bay history, recording his 290th career win and surpassing the previous record of 289.

But ask Coach Morrow about the milestone, and he’ll tell you it’s never been about the numbers.

It’s about the players. The coaches. The relationships. And the thousands of young men who have been part of this program over the years.

Since arriving at Mira Costa in 1993, Coach Morrow has built something that goes far beyond Friday night football. A program rooted in discipline, hard work, loyalty, and doing things the right way.

The wins speak for themselves. The impact goes so much further.

Congratulations, Coach Morrow. An incredible achievement and a well-deserved place in South Bay football history.

Once a Mustang, always a Mustang. 💚💛
