Last week & after alot of stressing news..
A step towards positivity was taken in order to make everyone less worried and more comfortable with what they are feeling or thinking 🤍💭

Researches have shown that coloring has the ability to relax the fear center of your brain. It induces the same state as meditating by reducing the thoughts of a restless mind. This generates mindfulness and quietness 🧠🌱💜

"Earn your leadership every day."👌♥️

Last week, our leaders were ready, excited and energetic for their meeting. A group meeting for leaders was made to train and refresh about the basic soft skills we use everyday, such as communication, time management and different weekly meetings.
The training included a scoreboard as a circular shape, with a straight line for each leader, and according to their performance, they get awarded specific number of points based on the color of the pins.

An amazing meeting for special leaders, well done!😍☺️

It's International No Diet Day!

As much as the diet industry would like you to believe it, there's no perfect body or perfect way of eating. Too long has health been associated with unrealistic body types and harmful diets masked as "lifestyles". 😒
If you're struggling with food, diet and body image, I see you!
I want you to know that healthy living can involve ALL foods, all shapes and sizes, and a whole lot of fun and freedom.🥰🥰

So in celebration of No Diet Day, let's remember that all bodies and all foods fits.
