In Spring 2021, I ran my last race. Tore my quad, and after months of physical therapy I still never quite felt right. Afterwards, I just stopped running and put everything to the side.

My world was shaken—coming off a great indoor season, wanting to run track in college, for all of that to be gone in an instant. I got rid of all my hope to compete again.

I took that energy and put everything into building Nynth, a creative agency in Cleveland, which grew into something I didn’t expect. The people I met through it helped me realize the dream doesn’t end until I stop believing. This became the basis of the idea: Project 28.

Two years of consistent training and documentation of this journey to get back into competing again, while also building a creative agency that impacts the world.

Here starts the road to 2028. Also, my frontal lobe will be developed by then too, so that’s great.
