FORBES 30 UNDER 30 EUROPE

The 2023 Forbes 30 UNDER 30 Europe list was released - and I feel incredibly honored and humbled to have made it on Forbes Magazine‘s famous “30 under 30” list...

and this of whole #Europe….

I am filled with an extra huge portion of gratitude overwhelmed by the feeling of happiness.

In 2018, I moved to Berlin as I believed that the given opportunities will bring me a joyful and tough learning curve within my own development.

#Forbes is a stepping stone in my entrepreneurial career, where now I can pat me on the shoulder and say,

it was tough, but I made it.

#Entrepreneurship is not always easy - it is a lot about consistency, hard work, not losing yourself, and bold impactful changes.

So today, I want to use the opportunity to send a tremendous #shoutout to the powerful people, supported me to date.

For me, it is always about the people,

the network, innovation, and leading-edge technologies for our future

From the heart, thank you. 🌎

#Creating the products, methods, and materials of tomorrow.

we are just a tiny part in an overwhelmingly complex system.

let us acknowledge and live by this fact. let our steps and actions be guided by the principle of humbleness in face of the great whole.

inspired by the ted talk of @miriamjanke about the vital need of circularity in our economical systems I finally was able to watch yesterday.

Two weeks ago, we convened a group of #leaders and #changemakers to explore what #ResponsibleLeadership means on the individual level and for the innovation ecosystem as a whole. After four days of deep listening, opening up, and a series of #workshop sessions, the group's main take-aways included:

🧩 #Honesty & #MentalWellbeing: To truly solve problems, you have to be honest with yourself, your team, and your peers. Opening up, being #Vulnerable, and acknowledging your limits are your strengths, not a weaknesses. And sometimes, that means that the best way to lead is to follow.

👂 #DeepListening: Hearing and listening are two different things. Listen to understand others, to connect with them, and to bridge the gap between you, not to figure out what you're going to say next.

🌍 #ResponsibleLeadership: Challenging the status quo, working towards #SystemsChange , and being a #ResponsibleLeader in world built on an outdated and harmful logic can be lonely. But there's other people and communities out there, who, like you, are ready to respond. You just have to find them.

How will you RESPOND? 🎉

🤝 The #ResponsibleLeadersDays brought together investors, entrepreneurs, @bmwfoundation #ResponsibleLeaders, and the #startups from our accelerator program #Cohort3 in a series of sessions on #ResponsibleLeadership.

💡 The working sessions encouraged participants to reflect on the importance of embracing failures with @jsa1azar , Co-Founder of @fuckupnights, to value #wellbeing and #vulnerability with @joshuahaynes , Founder of @masawafund, and apply practical #frameworks when working with #SystemChange hosted by Laura Winn, Lead at Forum for the Future's School for System Change.

🛶 💬 All of this was rounded off with some #networking opportunities, kayak trip, and dialogue walks.

👏🏻🥳 We would like to extend a big thank you to all participants for their #openness and #honesty. It was great to finally meet our #founders in person and have them all in one place.

🔮 We can't wait to see what collaborations will arise from this past weekend!

⏳ Stay tuned!
