POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We’re getting ready to create moments like these again.

Looking back at our last intensives in Thailand, we remember how much can unfold when we give ourselves the time and space to go deeper: into the body, into relationship, into the field, and into the parts of ourselves that are asking to be met.

Soon, we return to Thailand for another season of BEYOND • Field Dynamics trainings.
New layers to explore and once again, the unknown of what we will create together.

Early bird registrations are opening.
Dates in website, link in our bio here 🌞

If you already feel a strong yes in your heart, you don’t have to wait. Send us a message and we’ll be happy to share more information.

We can’t wait to meet you in the field. 🩵

Comment BEYOND if you wish to receive a detailed description and we send it to you ✨

Water doesn’t push against stone, it yields… and in yielding, it slowly reshapes what once seemed immovable.

Our bodies also carry traces of what we have lived, experiences that were never fully felt, emotions that couldn’t yet move, protective patterns that once had a reason to exist.

Transformation doesn’t always happen by pushing harder against them.

Sometimes it begins by creating enough presence, safety, and awareness for what has been held to finally move.

To listen beneath the strategies, the stories, the identities we learned to inhabit.

This is part of what we explore in BEYOND • Field Dynamics: the relationship between body, consciousness, relational dynamics, and the fields we are constantly sensing, influencing, and being influenced by.

Our next 11-Day Foundations Training will take place in Koh Phangan, Thailand, from January 28 to February 7, 2027.

Eleven days to move beyond intellectual understanding and enter a direct, embodied exploration of ourselves, individually and together.

Like water, we don’t always need more force, sometimes we need enough space to move. 🌊

If you feel curious about joining us, send us a message.

We’d be happy to connect and tell you more.

Our BEYOND retreat in Slovenia has come to an end, and we are still integrating everything that moved through us during these days together.

Days of deep connection, accessing different layers of this existence and our stories, our patterns, what we carry, what we share, and what we inevitably mirror back to one another.

Held in a beautiful place, protected by mother nature, we met as a group and slowly became a family.

It is difficult to put into words everything we lived, felt, moved, witnessed, and transformed together.

So, with a heart full of gratitude, we begin by sharing these first artistic memories, beautifully captured by @bypikaivanakostanjsek , fragments of a much larger experience, that will live in our hearts far beyond these days.

Thank you to every human who entered this field with us, for the courage to be seen, to feel, to reveal, to witness, and to walk through the unknown together.

Some experiences end, others continue moving through us.

To stay loving without becoming naïve, open without abandoning discernment, sensitive without mistaking sensitivity for weakness, tender, while still knowing your boundaries… allowing life to refine you without letting it harden you.

At BEYOND, we explore what exists beneath the strategies we learned to survive: the defenses, identities, and patterns that once protected us, but may no longer represent who we are.

And underneath all those layers, perhaps there is nothing new to become… only something original to remember.

A human being capable of feeling deeply, loving courageously, and meeting this world with an open heart.

Maybe that is the happy ending:

the world changed you,
but it never convinced you to stop being LOVE.

Embodied Wholeness Facilitator Training

A deep and profound journey into emotional maturity, self-connection and genuine relating - and learning how to use these tools in your own professional life.

Another impactful training with @mironeldewilde, who continues the life work of the late Robert Gonzales, the founder of Living Compassion. We had a special group of wise and intuitive practitioners - and learned a lot together. This is the kind of work you can’t do alone. We need others like us who are willing to meet themselves fully - the grief and the joy of being a human - with presence, responsibility and love.

Something happens when we stop performing okeyness and allow grief to move through us without trying to heal or fix it. Grief becomes one of the sacred gateways to the soul.

During these days we dwelled in the felt-sense of our soul’s longings; the deep values that truly matter to us. With this depth of presence we can bring care and compassion to the places that hurt, first within ourselves, then in others.

There are countless ways we avoid and bypass parts of ourselves. This path opens up when we stop using our body and mind for avoidance and start embodying the present moment with acceptance, curiosity and fierce commitment to truth.

Wholeness isn’t a state you arrive at and keep. It’s the dance of life you surrender to - again and again, sometimes in spaces like this one.

Grateful to Mironel for holding this training with such clarity and heart, and grateful to every person in the circle who showed up. Love you all 💓

Thank you @kosmosoasis

It was special to bring our journey of wholeness to Kosmos, as it’s a great playground to experience more of ourselves in a creative and accepting environment.

Hot tips from the workshops:

1.Take a slow breath and accept yourself fully, especially in moments in which something intense calls for your attention.

2.Every time you find yourself blaming someone or something, look for what really matters to you, what your values are, and take responsibility for what you find important.

3. When you notice yourself or your partner triggered, check if one of you is actually spacious enough to receive the other one. If not, take time until at least one person has capacity.

💖

Feel welcome to our special facilitator training in Helsinki 23.-24.7. Link in bio.

Living Compassion - Midsummer retreat
With @mironeldewilde and @gloriasalo

I breathe,

I pause,

I listen.

Life flows in a symphony of shades,

a symphony of shades.

I sing through fire and through ice.

I sing through it all.

At this retreat, I was both a facilitator and a participant.
Holding these two roles at the same time was both beautiful and challenging. It wasn't always easy to fully surrender to my own inner process while also holding space for others.

That's why I'm looking forward to attending Mironel's and Gloria's Embodied Wholeness Facilitator Training as a participant—to simply receive, explore, and continue my own journey.

If this resonates with you, the training will take place on July 23–24 in Helsinki. You can find more information on Gloria's website

Discover how to embrace your shadow self and transform your romantic connections into spaces of deep presence. Guided by experts Gloria and Mironel, these two sessions help you shift from fragmentation to unity, and from projection to true interdependence.

THE PATH OF WHOLENESS
Friday 13:30-15:30 at Solar Temple

Spirituality is often framed as transcendence: rising above ego, mind, or personality. While perfect for hermits, this can lead to inner fragmentation and rejecting essential parts of ourselves. The Path of Wholeness invites you to integrate instead of leaving parts of you behind. You learn to embrace ego, shadows, and soul as one living whole. Living wholeness is non-duality in daily life: trusting life's wisdom and developing the skill of attuning to the lived truth of your being.

WHOLENESS IN RELATIONSHIPS
Saturday 17:00-19:00 at Venus Temple

Romantic relationships offer powerful spaces for touching truth, integrating wounds, and awakening wholeness. This workshop introduces practical skills for shifting from co-dependence toward interdependence—relating as two whole beings. We explore communication that invites vulnerability and turns conflict into connection. We practice identifying needs behind expectations and appreciating our partner's authenticity. We make the shift from projection to presence.

✨✨✨
Gloria and Mironel bring over two decades of experience in guiding transformational inner work. Gloria weaves Eastern wisdom with Western therapeutic approaches, while Mironel shares non-dual spirituality through Living Compassion, Kashmiri Shaivism, yoga, and NVC. Together, they create warm, inclusive spaces where embodied wholeness and awakened compassion come alive. With presence, depth, and gentle humoUr, they invite you into direct experiences that move beyond concept into the felt truth of who you are.

✨✨✨
Check the festival app and website for the full program and possible changes.

All our workshop facilitators and lecturers have agreed on our safer space principles.
