Beloveds, this one’s from our night Live at Birds of a Feather 🕊️🎷

“Night and Day” - the Cole Porter classic, but make it funky. I asked Geoffrey Keezer for a Cole Porter arrangement with some groove in it, and he did NOT disappoint. This one’s one of two covers on Say Yes, and it hits different live.

Sharing the stage with Marlonius, Miro Sprague, John Davis, and Andrew Renfroe on this one. Enjoy the snippet 🎶

Hold the light. Be the light. Welcome the light.

Hey Beloveds,

Enjoy this glimpse from my LA debut at Birds of a Feather, part of the pre-album release celebration for Say Yes. Grateful for everyone who came out and shared that night with me.

Band: Miro Sprague (piano), Marlonius (bass), John Davis (drums), Andrew Renfroe (guitar)

Written by Nicole Walters and Shawn Schlogel. Performed on the album Say Yes by NicoleYvette and Kurt Elling. Streaming everywhere.

I can’t wait to bring this to the rest of the West Coast soon. See you again, LA!
