I’ve been working on my sourdough starter for 19 years in prison and I’m so excited for you to take some home for yourself! My signature loaf is called The Fontine—a hard sourdough exterior with a soft inside—just like Fontine. RIP! I also have a fluffy focaccia as well as a spicy Barricade Bâtard.
