This month Body Amplified celebrates 1 year of actual personal training.
-
The road to this point has not been an easy one. It has been tough. It’s taken a heavy toll. A lot of time, money, sacrifices, effort and hard work has gone into it. -
I know this company is still very young but in this 1 year I’ve learnt another side to what it takes to build a business, maintain it and try to keep it growing.
-
My clients, some of you have been with me since the start, some have left, some have returned, and some have started fresh throughout the year. I thank you. I thank you all for your massive support. Your trust that you put in me and your hard work every session.
-
Thank you for being the Body Amplified family. I’m very proud of every single one of you. Swipe left.... some are not in the pics but you know who you are.
-
If you’re looking to get in shape then feel free to drop me a DM. You can also check out the website, link in bio. 💪🏽

Add a resistance band to your side leg raises and you’ll definitely feel the burn in your glutes. 🔥

Hitting the yard and doing it raw! Pump up your volume for that @nasty_csa 🤙🏽 No gym, no bulky resistance machines, no carpet flooring and no air conditioning. 🤨

This is #bodyamplified . This is what we bring to your doorstep.

They came to squat alright. Been pushing this team a bit harder lately. Very happy with how well they’ve been adapting 💪🏽

Literally - Training inside your home! 💪🏽 What’s your excuse now?🤨
-
Saving you money, time and effort. 🤙🏽 📲 -
A very big well done to these two ladies @shakira0705 and @mishykins77 for the hard work they’ve been putting in. 3 months ago they started with 1 session per week, not long after that they switched up to 2, and then 3 sessions per week. This is how hungry you need to be for those goals! Very proud of you two for the commitment you’ve shown and persevering through the tough workouts I throw at you. Keep killing it 🔥🔥🔥
