----------------------------------------------------------------------

Misnomer is an instrumental group from Atlanta, Georgia. What began as a collective of students from the University of Georgia in 2015 has evolved into a group of dear friends channeling their wide influences of neo soul, hip-hop, funk, jazz, and classical music to create something original.

Their most recent record Forward (May 2026) showcases their unique blend of influences with exciting and engaging tunes.

Thursday - @cabbagetownusa outdoor concert series (monthly) in absolutely perfect weather- a nice breeze flowing and relaxing sounds. Opening band @misnomersound and headliner @arkoseofficial both brought the grooves.🪈🎸🎷🥁

Friday - @distilleryofmodernart in Chamblee has a couple of jazz filled Fridays every month where you can get super chill vibes and amazing cocktails while strolling through their art gallery. These videos feature two different nights (1) @johnoleary251 quartet and (2) @tyylamusic & @willcomptonmusic
