Round 2 of my #contemporarydance class in FULL EFFECT. Sorry if I #tagged you, #sorry if I didn't #tagyou! Just wanting to #spreadtheword that in 2 WEEKS I will be back at #inthegroovestudios in #oakland to bring you all 2 hours of #contemporary!

First hour (2-3) will be spent #stretching, #warmingup, and doing some #acrossthefloor. I enjoy playing a #variety of #music that will #getyouinthemood. Keep in mind, #technique is important to help you grow as a #dancer in any genre of dance! But you don't have to be a #professionaldancer to take a technique class. If you want to know what you are doing, then let's #educate you! Or maybe you want to get a better #workout, or to #strengthen yourself...I got you!

Then, hour 2 will consist of: #choreography. That's it. I want you to #master what you have learned and give you an #opportunity to #perform for each other. Whether it's in front of the #mirror or maybe it's being #recorded...I WANT YOU TO LOOK GOOD! So we will take this full hour to learn an interesting routine!

MUST PREPAY 🤑
NO REFUNDS 😬
$15/each hour
$25/both (When you #prepay please specify if you're not joining the full length of time, which hour you will be present for.) #dancewithamymarie
