Words to welcome in today's Winter Solstice ~

This year I don't want the dark to leave me, I need it's
wrap of silent stillness, it's cloak of longlasting
embrace.
Too much light has pulled me away from the
chamber of gestation.

Let the dawns come late, let the sunsets arrive early,
let the evenings extend themselves while I lean into
the abyss of my being

Let me lie in the cave if my soul, for too much light
blinds me, steals the source of my revelation. Let me
seek solace in the empty places of winter's passage,
those vast dark nights that never fail to shelter me.

Winter's Cloak by Joyce Rupp

I share this poem each year on the solstice - where we explore this sacred pause. This transition is a signalling, a beckoning into the dark corners of our being, calling us to listen in, excavate what needs exploring, rest deeply, and stay in this place of gestation and letting go of "need to know mind".

Step into the IMG House in Wimbledon Village with us 🎾

The weekend before one of the world’s greatest tennis tournaments swung into action, we had the privilege of participating in an exclusive gifting event carefully curated for the @imgtennis athletes.

We gifted a pair of our two hero products - Vitamin L and Bodyclock Glow 150 - to some of the Wimbledon’s finest. Whether you’re chasing a grand slam win or simply chasing the sun, these two products work together to help you optimise your day from dawn to nightfall, year-round 👊

If you’re interested to find out more about the event, head to the link in it bio and check out our latest article on the Feel Good Edit! ✍️

Community 💞 ~

It is such an important pillar of practice and one that I both cherish and feel honoured to cultivate as a teacher.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the 20 amazing women who were guests in my Friday eve retreat @paus.cambridge. Your presence, attention, receptivity, and time spent together sharing an incredible meal is a recipe for a full heart. The theme of abundance was well explored.

Thank you, Vik, for looking after us so attentively.

I look forward to sharing more events with you all like this one here. Stay tuned in these squares, and feel free to message me to receive my monthly newsletter, which provides you with practice insights and early access to my offerings.

With love,
Janine

Happy International Women's Day!

"What's the greatest lesson a woman should learn?
That since day one, she's already had everything she
needs within herself. It's the world that convinced her
she did not" Rupi Kaur

I wanted to share a few words that are exquisitely powerful, as it is so hard to encapsulate what today is about.

What I want to honour and celebrate is all of who we are as women....showing up each day and allowing for our vulnerability, our power, our sensitivity, our complexities, and gifts to the world to be fully Here.

Regardless of the age we are, the
season of life we are in, where we are from, or where we are going on our individual and collective paths.

Today, I hold in my heart and in my practice, all those amazing women I am privileged to have in my life, to know, to be inspired by and admire. Sending so much love!

Our smaller size is our superpower.

We admit, larger agencies can have merits, but smaller agencies... 🔥

Smaller agencies are nimble enough to adapt to client needs. They’re agile when it comes to offering a more personalised approach to proceedings.

There’s no room for benchwarmers in a compact agency: every player counts when it comes to providing consistent expertise for brands valuing alignment with their vision.
