GRÜNER SMOOTHIE ODER KAFFEE? 🍵

Hand aufs Herz:

Falls deine Kinder also noch ein Geschenk suchen: here you go! 😁 Oder falls du deiner Mama etwas Gutes tun magst. 💛

Alle Details:

- Sonntag, 14. Mai | Muttertag = Selfcare-Tag
- 14:00-17:00

CHRISTMAS SPECIAL ✨ PERSONAL PRACTICE

An individually made, personal yoga practice — Why would you want that?

Because we all have different things we’re dealing with, different needs, different desires for change.

Pre-made, pre-recorded or randomly taken classes can never take that fully into account. That’s why personal practices are so powerful:

They can help us create the change we desire & deal with what we’re struggling with.

Ask yourself:

➡️ What do you struggle most with right now on an emotional, mental or physical level?
➡️ How do you feel in general?
➡️ How is your sleep and your digestion?

These are all indicators for the practice that you need.

Have you ever experienced a yoga sequence that was made especially for you?

In the run up to Christmas I’m offering a personal practice package for a super special & auspicious price: 108€. ✨🎁

WHAT YOU GET:
* 1h chat + assessment of your needs/what’s going on in your life
* personal yoga practice (postures, breath work + meditation) sequenced individually for you based on what you need
* live class via Zoom that will be recorded so you can practice on your own
* 1 check-in chat whenever you need it
* optional: regular check-ins and additional life classes to make it stick *not included in the package*

Please reach out with any questions! I’m happy to offer a 15 min chat so you can see if this is the right thing for you.

All I can say from my personal experience: This is a gift to yourself or someone else that will positively radiate out into life.

mmmmhhhh... coffee on a Friday afternoon - the simple joys in life! ✨☕️✨ Reminded of my little trip to Café Hawelka last weekend: sipping a Mokka (Viennese for 'espresso') and reading my book. Love this place! One of the traditional coffee houses in Vienna, but with a different touch: less posh, more cozy and artistic. Come over for a coffee in this beautiful city! ☕️Happy weekend, everyone!
