This is what I call corporate wellness 🧘🏽‍♀️

Recently I had the opportunity to lead a virtual chair yoga session for my corporate job, with over 160 people joining live.

I’m grateful to be able to share my love for yoga and introduce more people to the importance of movement, mindfulness, and taking a moment to reset.

Here’s to stepping outside my comfort zone(because I was so anxious before), growing as an instructor, and creating more spaces for wellness in the workplace.

We train only for the results nothing else. She wants better legs and so that's what I'm going to give her.

Whether you’re heading to your first class or you’ve been practicing for years, these are a few of my yoga essentials that come with me every time.

If you’re just getting started, I also put together a Yoga Starter Kit in my Amazon Storefront with everything you need to begin your practice with confidence— link is in my bio.

Try giving yourself just 5 minutes before your day starts. You might be surprised by how much more focused, present, and grounded you feel.

I’ve added Locust Pose into my yoga flow and class, and it’s quickly become one of my favorites ✨

It’s one of those poses that looks simple, but you’ll definitely feel it. Locust helps strengthen the entire back body while gently opening the chest and shoulders.

Yoga has been one of the most therapeutic practices in my life.

It’s more than stretching, it’s a chance to slow down, breathe, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Every time I step onto my mat, I leave feeling a little lighter.

Because I love a good transition. In this sequence, we’re flowing from Crescent Lunge → Crescent Lunge Twist → Warrior II.

Save it for later and let me know how it feels!
