Read Below:⬇️ ⬇️⬇️⬇️

How to plan for the lapses:
While gaining my certification for training the chapter that stood out the most was titled “Plan For The Lapses”.

Lapses: Days/moments where you don’t want to do anything physical.

And often times new/old gym goers alike don’t have a plan for days their attitudes, energy aren’t the best..

So are you going to let the feelings win or will you have a plan in place to hold your consistency to account!?

If you need to brainstorm how to… hit me. This is what we do!!

Gratitude Post ✨

I am beyond grateful for each and every one of my clients. I never take it for granted that you choose to sit in my chair, trust me with your hair, and share your thoughts, wins, challenges, and journeys with me. This class was my way of giving back to you—a chance for us to connect on something we all love and discuss so often.

I truly believe that God is intentional, placing the right people in our lives at the right time. Your support, referrals, and loyalty have meant everything to me as I’ve rebuilt my clientele over the past two years in Houston. I couldn’t have done it without you! Your trust in me and my craft is a blessing, and I pray for you all constantly.

A special thank you to @sheila.marie.jackson for leading our class with such passion and authenticity. Your energy is inspiring, and I’m so grateful our paths have crossed.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I appreciate you all more than words can express. Thanks @lifetime_missouricity for accommodating us and @adrennatacheji for your professionalism and service ❤️ #Grateful #Blessed #iAMLEGENDARYStudio
