July 16, 2026 forever changed my life.

I am overwhelmingly gracious towards every single person who has provided me support during this time, and I can say I’m proud of myself with how I’ve handled this journey.

When life changing events happen in our lives that cause a vast amount of energy to leave our body, showing up for ourselves can become ridiculously difficult. And in the beginning, I didn’t even have energy to show up to a group fitness class at @prvlfitness without breaking down.

So I started small. I did one-on-one sessions with @emiliordqz. @rickymuzzall would check on me every day. @cruzctrl.88 would offer coffee. It’s the small things that helped me gain momentum inch by inch.

And these passed two weeks, I’ve finally completed an entire sprint workout every week. I’m having energy again. I’m gaining momentum. I’m enjoying moments in my life, and I’m cherishing the people in it.

All I can say is, don’t ever quit on yourself. Even when every aspect may feel impossible, you need to have fists if you just keep stepping forward, even without understanding the entire process, that things will work out.

You will be okay. You’ll be more than okay. You’ll excel.

HALFROX PHOTO DUMP 📸 @geee_oooh

Appreciate everyone who came out, pushed themselves, and brought the energy. Loved seeing so many of you get a taste of the HYROX experience.

Safe to say… we’ll be running this one back. 🤝

A little taste of HYROX for the PRVL community. 🔥

For many, this was their first exposure to this style of racing and that was the whole point. Huge shoutout to @one_team_elite_fitness for collaborating with us & making this Half Rox come to life.

Hope everyone had a great time. We’ll definitely be running this back. 👀

I’ll probably won’t share what I’m specifically going through right now, as I feel there should be a boundary between social media posting and what we go through in our experiences. If you’re someone that knows, you’re supposed to know.

With that being said, life can get obsessively hard, and I haven’t posted a reel in quite some time. When I originally prayed for God to make me strong, I never realized it would be trials like this.

What I am thankful for is my friends, family, and especially my community that has significantly stepped up for me.

Don’t ever think it’s unhealthy to feel, as it’s probably the most important thing you could ever do.

With that said, remember: Don’t ever f**ken quit on yourself.

⬇️ Do you have what it takes?

The answer is YES you do. You need to stop viewing people who do superhuman things as unattainable.
.
Create a plan, stay consistent, keep showing up, and the results will follow. Adjust as needed. Experiment when necessary. Be patient and give it time.
.
Unique, amazing results take time.
.
This isn’t about working out, this is about taking conscious action to better yourself.
.
Now go take yours.

⬇️ Do you know what hard is?

Are you about the difficulty? Or are you about the gram? Are you really tough? Do you second guess yourself in silence?

Show me your testimony, and it’ll reveal your growth.

⬇️day one or one day?

It’s day one, again for Olympic weightlifting. Been focusing on running for the past 8 months, and haven’t had a session with Olympic weightliftingin over a year.

It’s time to get back into it.

⬇️ Here’s the secret to mental toughness:

There is none. You develop mental toughness by progressively doing hard things.

As you accomplish difficult goals over time, you start realizing you can accomplish almost anything.

You can lose almost everything in life, but one thing that can’t be taken away from you is your willpower.

Power the f**k on. Get some.

⬇️22 F*CKEN LBS TO DATE.

My journey is about how I shed physical weight by letting go of my emotional baggage.

I went from being in the best shape of my life, to being in the worst shape of my life, and have had to relearn everything since. Now, I’m weighing in at levels I haven’t seen since 8 years ago.

Fitness is a journey. It’s not about hyrox, weights, or running. It’s about the obstacles you overcome and facing your own weaknesses you felt were impossible to overcome.
