You can’t beat great times and non stop talk with precious friends 🫶🏻✨❤️

Friendship can be a more complex one when you’re neurodivergent.

The overthinking, the misunderstanding, the social complexities. Often stemming from not even understanding yourself, never mind how that impacts on your relationships with others.

I’ve realised it’s something I’ve found perplexing at times throughout my life. And yes, there’s a sadness at the thought of how things could have been different if only I’d better understood myself. So I could share that with others. And also have the courage to recognise when souls just aren’t aligned.

Yet there are also those friends who just get you. Who accept you. Who allow you to be who you are. And love you for it. Who encourage you. Lift you up. Believe in you. Want the very best for you. Support you through those trickiest times.

I’m lucky that I have quite a few of those ❤️🙏🏼 and the older I get the more I feel so grateful for them.

Luckily for me I got to spend a precious 20 hours with the one and only @missdix. We’ve been friends for over 20 years since our Disney days 😱 Who kindly accommodated my impulsivity to get two piercings @astridandmiyu yesterday 😝 Can you spot them?!

Feeling grateful 🙏🏼

A fun evening playing on the roof top at @thebroadcasterlondon.

Staff were fantastic all night and it was excellent to see a very busy Wednesday night at the venue in White City.

I was also given some delicious food too (pic 3). Thank you to all staff at the Broadcaster and to Whisper TV for having me!
