I recently had my composite bonding done with @dr.anmol.saggar after finishing my Invisalign and teeth whitening treatment, and I could not be happier with the finished result! 🤍

The whole process with @dr.anmol.saggar has been a really enjoyable experience. When it came to getting composite bonding on my front four teeth, I wanted my teeth to look as natural as possible, so that it still looked like my smile — and I’m so happy with how they have turned out! 🤍

If you’re thinking about starting your Invisalign journey, you can save £200 off your treatment using my code ‘EMILY’.

Message @dr.anmol.saggar to find out more! ✨

Moving Through It All: Episode 6 ✨

Finding Yourself, Navigating Life & Thriving After an ADHD Diagnosis 💛

In this episode, we’re joined by @the_adhd_queen_ for a powerful and honest conversation about being diagnosed with ADHD at 25 and the journey of discovering who she really is along the way.

She opens up about navigating life’s challenges, understanding herself in a new way, and everything she has accomplished since her diagnosis, including becoming an ADHD UK Lead Ambassador and using her experiences to advocate for others.

From finding her identity and learning how to navigate life on her own terms, to turning challenges into purpose, her story is a reminder that sometimes understanding yourself changes everything.

Moving Through It All is about the moments that challenge us, shape us, and ultimately help us become more of who we’re meant to be. ✨

Watch Episode 6 and tell us:
💭 What has helped you better understand who you are and how you move through life?

Yesterday, I completed the 10K Shine Night Walk 2026 in support of Cancer Research UK. 🎗️

Cancer Research UK @cr_uk funds vital research into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer, helping turn scientific discoveries into better outcomes and more hope for the future. Every step and every donation helps move that mission forward. 🤍

As my first appearance as Miss Intercontinental United Kingdom 👑🇬🇧, it felt incredibly special to begin this journey with a cause so meaningful to me and one that reflects my platform, Moving Through It All.

Because whatever we face, we keep moving, with courage, with purpose, and together. ✨
