POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We used a specific pattern to dive into an important following technique:
-> How do the arms connect with the frame?
-> When do we apply more or less tension?
-> What is the difference between a flick and a leading action?

The variations in this reel show different ways we used to explore technical details. As you might already know, we are crazy about technical details 😇

Huge thanks to everyone who joined, along with @mission_bailar! We can’t wait for the next one! 💫

DANCING WITH EMOTIONS WORKSHOP. 💔

We need to express, we need to create magic, we need to have space to inspire each other! 💥

During this class, I put heaps of different songs and asked "how does this music make you feel"
For this song, some said "sad" "loss" "hurt". And how does that look like in movement?

We should be inspired by the music to shape our movement, does it feel heavy, slow, big or small, does it mean closer connection or does it drive a story?

Make your magic by taking a little risk together!

Thank you to @mission_bailar for having me and my beautiful impromptu dance partner for this exercise @danielschlingen ❤️ so much heart, and I loved this moment with you!! Thank you!!
