“But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day.”

PEOPLE OF GOD, God’s timing is NOT our timing.

Nearly 2,000 years have passed since the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus the Christ. Yet Peter reminds us that the Lord is not bound by our comprehension of time.

Do not mistake what feels like delay for absence. His patience is an opportunity for repentance (2 Peter 3:9).

DO NOT SLEEP ON THE SAVIOR’S RETURN.

Peter continues:

“But the day of the Lord will come like a thief…”
— 2 Peter 3:10

He will come when many are not expecting Him.

BE ALERT.
BE SOBER.
BE READY.

Hebrews 12:1 tells us to lay aside “the sin which so easily entangles us.”

Do not allow compromise, distraction, comfort, SUCCESS, or the cares of this world to dull your sensitivity to the Lord. He is calling you by name.

Live ready TODAY.
Love Jesus TODAY.
Obey Him TODAY.
Repent TODAY.
Serve Him TODAY.

Tomorrow is not promised, family.

Tell somebody about Jesus TODAY.

This could be our last day—and if it is, may the Lord find us FAITHFUL, SOBER, ALERT, and fully surrendered to Him.

And while we wait, remember: the Lord has work for YOU to do TODAY.

BE READY.
STAY AWAKE.
FAITHFULLY WAIT.

JESUS IS COMING.

That’s why we stay rooted in the WORD OF GOD and keep pursuing the presence of JESUS.

LISTEN TO THE HOLY SPIRIT 🙇🏻‍♂️

My wife told me about a couple living outside near a local Walmart, so I went to find them, talk with them, pray over them, and bring them some food.

As I drove away, I felt the Holy Spirit tell me, GO BACK.

But first, buy them a tent.

Here’s the part that made the obedience real: the tent was practically all the money we had. For the past couple of years, our family has been financially dependent upon the Lord in a very real way—trusting Him for basic essentials like groceries and everyday needs.

But I know when the Holy Spirit speaks.

So I bought the tent.

I went back, gave it to them, and their response blessed me more than I can put into words.

This isn’t about me. It’s about being available and obedient when the Holy Spirit speaks—even when obedience costs you something.

And if I never experience the reward of that obedience in this life, so be it. May His Kingdom come and His will be done—even if obedience means I have to go without.

“Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”
— Matthew 6:10

When He says GO—GO.
When He says PRAY—PRAY.
When He says GIVE—GIVE.

HOLY SPIRIT, USE US. May Your Kingdom come and Your will be done through our obedience.

Too many Christian men are walking through life alone.

They love Jesus. They attend church. They serve faithfully.

Yet they have no real brotherhood.

No men praying with them.
No one speaking truth into their lives.
No one holding them accountable.
No one sharpening them.

That is one of the reasons I founded Mission Men in January 2024.

Mission Men is a FREE, private online brotherhood built around three things:

Prayer • Brotherhood • Devotion

Today, men from across the world are part of this community—pastors, entrepreneurs, missionaries, authors, stay-at-home dads, everyday members of the workforce, and men from every walk of life.

WE ARE NOTHING WITHOUT JESUS.

We are unapologetic followers of Christ, devoted to His Word and committed to helping one another become stronger disciples, husbands, fathers, leaders, and servants.

This group is not about building a platform.
It is not about one man.
It is about JESUS.

Mission Men began with a simple burden: to create a brotherhood where men of faith could stop walking alone and find prayer, encouragement, exhortation, correction, accountability, and discipleship in Christ.

Mission Men is a brotherhood of men of faith from across the world, representing different fields, backgrounds, and stages of life—pastors, entrepreneurs, authors, leaders, stay-at-home dads, everyday members of the workforce, and men from every walk of life.

We are nothing without Jesus. We are unapologetic JESUS FREAKS—men completely devoted and surrendered to Christ and the Word of God. We are not perfect, but we are in process, becoming more like Jesus every day.

This is a place for prayer, encouragement, exhortation, accountability, correction, transparency, and genuine brotherhood. We stand together, sharpen one another, speak truth in love, and help each other become stronger disciples, husbands, fathers, leaders, and servants.

Everyone is welcome to post, share, pray, encourage, and exhort—but not for self-promotion or personal platform. Everything shared here should be for the glory of Jesus Christ, the true King.

Mission Men is a private group for men who are serious about pursuing a relationship with Jesus and being sharpened in the process. It is not about titles, status, or position. It is about men pursuing Jesus together and refusing to walk through life alone.
