When I decided to paint a mural to promote fine arts, I wanted an element of it to be interactive to the community. Here’s a how-to of scanning the mural in Valley City!

This past weekend, I officially gave up my title of Miss Pride of the North 💫👑

Although it’s bitter sweet having this journey come to an end, I’m excited to see where my time in the MAO takes me. I made so many wonderful memories with this crown and my Grand Forks sister queens! And even though I didn’t come home with a crown, I’m so proud of myself for going outside my comfort zone and trying something new!

Thank you to Sarah and the @missgforg for a wonderful year and all your support! Thank you to Caroline, Avery, Ady, and Shilow for making the year so fun! And thank you to my wonderful teen Clara - your @missredrivervalleyfairnd - for all the fun memories!!🫶🏻

Congratulations to your new Miss Grand Forks title holders!! I can’t wait to watch your year! And a special congrats to @caroline_dreffs your new Miss Pride of the North!!

Until next time🥰

Today, we proudly celebrate Abby Hill, our North Dakota Clean Start Ambassador and Miss McKenzie County a young woman whose drive, kindness, and commitment to protecting kids online make her an extraordinary leader.
A recent Computer Information Systems graduate, Abby now works at NISC, where her love for technology meets her passion for helping others. She’s also a dedicated sports lover, bringing that same energy, teamwork, and determination into everything she does.
But what makes Abby shine even brighter is her community service initiative, Digital Defenders and the program she created to help kids feel safer, smarter, and more confident online. Her work empowers young people to navigate the digital world with courage and clarity, and we are so grateful she brings that mission to Clean Start.
Abby, thank you for representing North Dakota with excellence and heart. Your leadership inspires us all.

New crown, new account, and so much to look forward to! 👑❤️

Hi everyone! I’m Abby Hill, your newly crowned Miss McKenzie County! I’m so excited to represent this community and bring you along for my year.

A huge thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and sponsors who made this weekend possible, and to the girls who made it so special! Being part of Miss McKenzie County’s first year back is something I’ll always remember.

A little about me: I’m a recent computer information systems graduate working at NISC, a sports lover, and the person behind Digital Defenders, my community service initiative helping kids feel safer and more confident online. 💻

Follow along for appearances, community events, cybersecurity tips, and a little behind the scenes of life with the crown. McKenzie County, I can’t wait to get started! ✨
