Kenna and I at the Norwalk Courthouse 14 years ago today. Having had a long 19 day romance leading up to this point, it was at the moment this photo was taken that I learned when Kenna says she is hungry it means get her a snack NOW. She has since given up the Diet Coke for some fancy sparkling water, but she still loves a good, well stocked, vending machine. Her dress she wore this day fits her as good today as it did then, and I still rock my white suit (that I purchased when I was 15) to formal events. When this photo was taken I don’t think we were thinking more than another 19 days ahead, but here we are 14 years later. Our marriage doesn’t look like everyone else’s marriage, but it looks like us, and loving Kenna and figuring out how we want to be married is one of my favorite things. Next year we will have a huge 15 year anniversary party where we will light up the dance floor the same way we have for the last 14 years 19 days. We may even have the pastors who told us to get an annulment come and see that sometimes life works outside their bubble. Happy Quarantine Anniversary @misspartymom

One year ago today this happened! April 5 2019, for my 20th Anniversary at Mattel I got roasted. It was such a fun and unforgettable day. I’m still laughing about it. Not only did I get an amazing One of a Kind Bill Greening doll, I got my turn at the mic for those who roasted me.
