THE REVOLUTION HAS A JUDGING PANEL.

Two different energies. Two different movement languages. One Playground.

Introducing MISSTEE!! & BJMIAH!! as part of the judging force for THE PLAYGROUND 2026: REVOLUTION.

With over a decade of multidisciplinary artistry, @missteeeeeeeeeeee brings her mastery of African Indigenous Dance, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Pop Jazz, Heels & Latin plus the experience of a choreographer and movement director who continues to shape the next generation.

And beside her, @bjmiah brings the precision of Popping & Locking, fused with Afro, Contemporary, Latin, Traditional & Hip-Hop — backed by an instinct for rhythm, storytelling and musicality.

Different foundations.
Different perspectives.
One standard.

This year, the judges aren’t just watching movement.

THEY’RE WATCHING FOR THE COMPLETE DANCER.

She came as a judge, but she couldn’t leave without reminding us why she belongs on that stage. 🔥✨

@missteeeeeeeeeeee graced The Playground 2025 with a judge showcase that was sensual, confident, intentional, and effortlessly captivating.

Every movement had a little tease.
Every pause had a purpose.
Every beat… she owned it. 🖤

From judging the PLAY to becoming part of the PLAY
SHE understood the assignment.

This week DNT links up with the good people at Common Room for a night built around sharing music.
We’re opening the playlist to everyone in the room. Bring a song you love, a song you’ve been gatekeeping, a song that reminds you of someone, or a song that simply belongs on a Thursday night. Every guest gets to add to the soundtrack.
Once the playlist closes, the decks open.
Mummy Wonu returns, Miss Tee represents the Common Room house, and our resident RAFIKI steps in to round out the night.
Entry is free, but RSVP is required via the link in our bio or on the Vegaz app.
Come early. The playlist starts early and wraps up early.
Thursday.
Same spot.
Let’s see what happens when everyone gets a say in the music.
