Autumn Equinox Ritual 🙏🏼❤️🧘🏻‍♀️🍁🍂

So nice to pause, light a candle and take the time to reflect and recharge as we acknowledge the equinox of the season change and we enter Libra, an air element sign of balance. 🥰

There is an opportunity to calm the air element inside of us, our nervous system that may have gotten frazzled after months of heat & activity. In the Northern Hemisphere, this is a harvest festival marking the end of summer & the first day of Fall.

Many thanks and gratitude to the ladies who held space with me this night to journal and share themselves so vulnerably, contributing to myself and to each other.

On this day when day is equal to night, light is equal to dark, it is a powerful time to set intentions for cultivating balance, and we asked each other these centering questions:

🍁 What does balance mean to me?

🍁 What does it look like when I feel in balance? (How are my actions, relationships, pace, decision making..)

🍁What is needed in my bioregion (land
I live on) for Nature to feel nourished with balance cultivated? (Plant a tree, offer compost to the garden that fed you, clean your local river, ...? What else)

🍁 How can I be an agent for balance?

While it's natural to have our hands in many projects in the Summer, now is a good time to cut back on some of our responsibilities & create more space in our lives for reflection, connection, intimacy & magick.

Happy PSL Season!
