HAPPY HOMECOMING GATORS!! 🧡🧡

I was so honored to be a part of the University of Florida homecoming parade this year!! Being a fourth-generation Gator and a freshman at UF made this experience feel unreal! Little Sheridan, who watched this parade each and every year, could have never imagined she would now be a part of it as Miss Florida’s Teen!! Biggest congratulations to the amazing people behind this parade, you are incredible inside and out!!!

Most importantly, GO GATORS!! 🐊🧡💙

Happy Homecoming, Gators!!!!🧡

The weather held out for what was such a beautiful parade day, and it wouldn’t have been possible without @floridabluekey and @hcgatorgrowl 🐊 thank you to everyone working behind the scenes! So thankful to be apart of one of UF’s oldest and most prized traditions alongside so many amazing friends, leaders, and community members!

No matter the weather, it’s forever great to be a Gator!

Growing together means finding new ways to connect resources with the communities that need them most. 🌱🧡💙

I recently had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Karla Shelnutt, Associate Dean for Extension Engagement and Professor in the UF/IFAS Department of Family, Youth and Community Sciences, to discuss how existing educational resources can be further utilized to support food security and education in underserved communities throughout Florida.

I’m so excited to share that through this meeting, my Community Service Initiative, Grow Together, now has access to UF/IFAS educational materials that can be incorporated into our community outreach and programming! 🌱

This partnership opens the door for Grow Together to extend its impact beyond simply providing the tools to grow food — by also connecting Floridians with trusted, research-based education that can help those gardens thrive.

Thank you, Dr. Shelnutt and UF/IFAS, for believing in the mission of Grow Together and helping us continue to plant seeds of knowledge, self-sufficiency, and food security across our state.

One garden. One community. One seed at a time. We can Grow Together! 🌱🐊

Big things are taking root across Florida! 🌱

This week, I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. J. Scott Angle, Senior Vice President for Agriculture and Natural Resources at UF/IFAS, and Dr. Andra Johnson, Dean for Extension and Director of the Florida Cooperative Extension Service, to discuss Grow Together’s Seed Bank Initiative.

Through our partnerships with Representative J.J. Grow, Verisem Seeds, and Green Jean Foundation, we are now partnering with UF/IFAS to bring publicly accessible seed banks with seasonal seeds to every UF/IFAS Extension office across the state!

What started as an idea for Grow Together is now becoming a statewide initiative, and I could not be more excited to see this project take root in communities across Florida. 🌱💚

This is just the beginning!

You know it’s officially Gators football season when Ms. Ilene hosts her tailgate party at the @shoppesatthornebrook!💙🧡

One of my favorite traditions made extra special with a guest appearance from our Miss University of Florida 2026 - @maraleethompsonofficial.👑

Grabbed some new gameday dresses I can’t wait to wear as a proud UF alum!🐊

Tim Tebow, Danny Wuerffel, and Steve Spurrier, Florida’s three Heisman winners, reunited at the Florida Legends Experience charity event in Gainesville.

The event raised $1 million for Isaiah 117 House, a nonprofit providing homes for children awaiting foster care placement.

Steve Spurrier, 81, praised Tebow’s leadership and mentioned Tebow was considered for Florida’s head coaching job.
