Spent the evening at Taylor Swift’s wedding venue watching Harry Styles sing and dance in the sluttiest little shorts ever and it was exactly as magical as you can imagine. #harrystyles #togethertogethertour

Another summer with @experiencecamps goes by and the count down for next summer begins!!!

@experiencecamps is a national nonprofit that transforms the lives of grieving children, offering a free, one-week summer camp for children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, or primary caregiver.

This summer it was an honor to be once again with my girls, who I’ve been with since they were 9. I’ve seen their growth, both in their personal lives and grief journeys.

Coming into this year I held close to my heart my own fathers 10 year death anniversary, and how even though so much time has passed, one can never fully move on and “get over” such a lose. As things come and go in my life, there is one thing that stays true to me and that is my grief.

This year one of my campers asked me if I would change the outcome of my dad’s death and I confidently told her no.

As shocking as that statement might sound, I said no because I couldn’t imagine my life without all the individuals I have met along the way that have shaped me in my life and my grief for the better.

As much as I miss my dad and wish I could have known him as an adult, I feel comfortable accepting the fate and cards I was given.

I think if asked that question a couple years ago, there would’ve been a much different answer and who knows my answer might change even overtime; but I’m confident with the present to know that my answer comes from good faith. Camp has given me the space to grieve but also given me people who I fall in love with everyday despite distance, backgrounds, and time zones.

You come as you are, and leave feeling ready to tackle whatever form of grief comes your way

I ask that everyone checks out the work that @experiencecamps is doing, and take the time to donate to them through the link in my bio🧡

Happy two-year Upside anniversary to our guy, Caden! 🎉

Caden joined the team as an Associate Producer and has since grown into an incredible Producer, helping bring projects to life for the Phillies, Eagles, Texans, NASCAR, U.S. Soccer, ESPN, and so many more.

He also recently won his first Emmy for his work as an editor on the Hell on Wheels documentary series!

Caden is an awesome person, a talented storyteller, and an invaluable part of our team. We love having him at Upside…the sky’s the limit for this one!

Drop some love for Caden in the comments! 👏

Behind the Project: @Phillies 2026 MLB All-Star Game Hype

Another look behind the scenes at one of our favorite recent projects.

We teamed up with the Phillies creative team to help kick off MLB All-Star Week in Philadelphia by bringing together two generations of Phillies legends: Mike Schmidt and Chase Utley.
Since the two were filmed on separate shoots across the country, a big part of our job was making everything feel like one cohesive piece. It all centered around a simple idea from the Phillies: Schmidt’s No. 20. Utley’s No. 26. Together, 2026.
Seeing it come to life across Phillies social channels was rewarding enough. Watching it play on Phanavision during the MLB All-Star Game in front of a packed Citizens Bank Park was something our team won’t forget.
We’re grateful for the continued partnership with the Phillies creative team and for everyone who played a part in bringing this one to life. Looking forward to the next one.
Check it out and let us know what you think!

Pro tip: If you’re obsessed with your little sister and with baseball, just buy a house half a block away from where she lives, in the city where she works for one of the best teams in the country— and ideally do it during the year that they are hosting the MLB All Star Game. 10/10, highly recommend. #phillies #missy #mlb #allstargame #homerunderby
