Last night wasn’t just a coronation, it was a reminder of how far God has brought me. 👑🦅

Every challenge, every sacrifice, every lesson, and every person who poured into me helped prepare me for this moment. I’m beyond grateful to officially step into my role as Mister Junior 2026–2027.

This crown is bigger than me. It represents Mentorship. Involvement. Legacy. Empowerment. It represents the impact I want to leave on my class and the people coming behind me.

The journey didn’t start last night, and it definitely doesn’t end here. We still got miles to go.

Keep going. Keep growing. Keep leaving your mark.

Welcome to the 3rd M.I.L.E. 🛣️👑

What a special moment for our Eagle family! 👑

It was my honor to officially crown Mykenzi Davis-Cowart as the 84th Miss North Carolina Central University and Malachi Griddine as the 27th Mister North Carolina Central University tonight.

I am incredibly proud of these two student leaders and excited to support them throughout their reign. I look forward to seeing how they use their platforms to serve our students, represent NCCU and leave their own mark on our university.

Congratulations to our new Mister and Miss NCCU!
