It’s been a month since our dear friend @lizcortesonline passed away. No longer in pain and free of cancer, she’s whole and healed and for that we are grateful. Remembering her today and thanking God for the incredible impact she made during her short 39 years on earth. Liz, you are missed and I think about you every day. Things are definitely not the same without you. Give my Uncle Fred a hug for me. He’s probably in the big house beside yours 🙏🫶🏻🤍 @colinswayphoto I’m forever grateful for your kindness in capturing moments like these for our community. And special thanks to our new church home @venturechurchca for accommodating the celebration of life with excellence and grace. #community #eternity #grateful #everyday #seeyouagain

Three years ago, I stood on the TEDx stage as a speaker.
This week, I experienced that stage from a completely new angle — as an organizer.

Was it easy? Absolutely not.
From unexpected last-minutes changes to countless moving parts, there were many challenges behind the scenes.
But was it worth it? Every second.

Because this time, I had the honor of helping others shine.
To give a voice — through powerful talks, moving performances, and expressive art — to an incredible group of young changemakers.

What made it even more meaningful was the support from TEDx organizers across different stages, who came together in true community spirit to lift this event higher. Your presence, wisdom, and encouragement meant the world.
Thank you TedTemecula, Tedxkidselcajon and TEDxTaftAvenue for your support.

Here’s to the heart of @tedxdelmaryouth

🎤 The Speakers – Each one brought authenticity, courage, and brilliance. Their ideas didn’t just inspire — they ignited something powerful in all of us.

🌟 The Coaches – The quiet strength behind every confident voice. Your dedication helped these young leaders rise.

❤️ The Volunteers – Your love, presence, and tireless effort made this event possible. You were the magic we didn’t always see — but always felt.

💼 The Team – From logistics to lights, every detail was a reflection of your heart. You turned a vision into a vibrant, living experience.

🎶 The Performers – You reminded us that ideas aren’t only spoken. They’re danced. Sung. Felt. You brought the stage to life.

🤝 The Sponsors – Your support made the impossible possible. Thank you for believing in this mission.

💄The Makeup by Viktoryia Miller is always magical!

🥗The food by @globallydelicious was so yummy

This is more than an event.
It’s a movement, a family, and a launching pad for future leaders.

Thank you to everyone who made this unforgettable day happen.
Together, we’re not just sharing ideas — we’re amplifying voices and creating a brighter, more connected future. 💫

There I was feeling uncertain about the future stretching at Sunset Cliffs. I had my journal and yoga mat. The chronic pain recently started.

I desperately wanted to hear from God for business direction.

I looked over the ocean as wide as my eyes could see. Then I imagined 3 paths in the ocean. RebelFish, Fitabolize, and ???

✨I heard “YOU can have it all”✨

And argued with God thinking, “But I already work full time for Fitabolize, I need to just pick 1 of the paths.”

It’s been 9 years since that day.

I continue to enjoy looking at the ocean while I think about what’s next.

Listening to Oceans Live in Israel here with Robert at Torrey Pines. Sipping my americano I’m reminded of this story.

With clarity I blurted out to Robert the third path is twins. I know that desire is paused…

But God said, “YOU can have it all.”

✨I trust Him✨

His timing is perfect even if it doesn’t make sense.

“Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭37‬:‭4‬ ‭
