Chapter 41 ✨

What I’ve learned is that peace is everything. When your mind is at ease, your thoughts flow freely, your decisions feel clearer, and your spirit feels lighter. Protecting my peace is no longer optional—it’s a priority.

My strength comes from being a mother. Motherhood has stretched me, softened me, and strengthened me all at once. It taught me patience in moments I never thought I’d survive, and it pushed me to grow in ways I didn’t even know I needed. Because of that, I move through life with more intention and more grace.

At 41, I’ve mastered something that once felt impossible—removing myself from what doesn’t serve me. No explanations, no guilt, just alignment. I remember when negativity used to bother me, when whispers and opinions could shake my energy. Now? I laugh. I say “shame on them,” and keep it moving, Because if you know me, then you know…..🫶🏾I stand ten toes down for the people I love. GOD Don’t play about me ever.

I’ve learned that new connections are necessary. Growth requires evolution, and sometimes that means outgrowing people, places, and patterns. And that’s okay. I welcome new bonds that match the woman I am today.
