I had the privilege to take a session on the pelvic floor rehab to a bunch of amazing women. I am grateful for this opportunity, and I thank @team_muscat wholeheartedly for conducting today's event.

For those who are struggling out there to be a perfect dancer, there is nothing called perfection in dance. Once a learner is always a learner......

Once you stop learning, you stop growing.
Take criticism and not sarcasm as a point to fall and grow.

Always remember they are jealous of you, your art and your desire...so make them more jealous. Let them admire you....

Never give up, learn the tough step, go to the uncomfort zone, and work on it
