Avoid cheap gym wears to avoid embarrassments like these. Check for what is important, not what is cheapest. I have a post teaching what to check for before buying your next gym wear 🤭❣️.

Here at Mitch Fit we offer nothing but the best!!

Stop overthinking your gym wear. 🛑

When you buy cheap activewear, you’re constantly checking tags, stressing over rolling waistbands, and praying seams don’t tear mid-squat.

At Mitch Fit, we’ve already done the hard work for you. From 4-way stretch Nylon/Elastane blends and flatlock stitching to multi-channeled waistbands, every single piece is engineered to endure your toughest workouts without losing shape.
You focus on the gains, we’ve got the quality covered. 💯

"When people see Kisonai, they see medals. They see students. They see a martial arts academy.

But what they don't see is the pain behind it.

The sleepless nights. The moments of doubt. The situations that tried to crash us. The scars that never fade.

Kisonai endured all of it — not for fame, not for recognition, but for something far greater.

The destination of Kisonai is God's glory.

It is bigger than me. Bigger than what eyes can see. Bigger than any achievement we could ever earn.

Every scar was a lesson. Every tear was a prayer. Every fall was a push forward.

And today, when you watch us train, you are watching testimonies in motion. Warriors shaped by fire, refined by faith, driven by purpose.

This is Kisonai. Built on pain. Grounded in grace. Soaring for His glory.

For His glory. Forever. 🥋🦅"
